For interested overseas exhibitors, the participation charges are:
USD 360 per sqm for bare space (min 50 sqm)
USD 400 per sqm for shell scheme (min 12 sqm)
The overseas exhibitors can be accommodated at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi and India Expo Mart, Greater Noida since Yashoobhoomi, India International Convention Centre is sold out.
In case the overseas delegates wish to visit the show as buyers and engage in B2B meetings, the show organizers will be able to offer them local hospitality in terms of hotel stay. However, this is subject to the approval of the buyers from the screening committee/respective stakeholder. The interested buyers may be requested to register online at the link below.
